    6月から9月が旬のピーマンをきのこと炒めるだけのお手軽レシピ。

    一年中出回っているピーマンですが、まさに今が旬。
    野菜は旬が美味しいですよね。
    肉厚でツヤツヤで瑞々しい。

    ピーマンが主役の炒め物。
    ちょいほろ苦で、ご飯にもおつまみにもピッタリです。

    材料
    ピーマン4個
    しいたけ3個
    ごま油大さじ半分
    めんつゆ(3倍濃縮)大1杯半
    お好みで鰹節かゴマ

    ピーマンとしいたけをそれぞれ細切りにして、ごま油で炒めたらめんつゆを回しかけたらもう出来上がり!

    Bonito flakes or sesame seeds as you like
