This time, I would like to make curry bread, one of the most popular side dish breads, easily with bread. The curry can be made in a retort, but this time I would like to make a curry that can be easily made in a microwave oven. It is very easy to make. I hope you’ll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home First of all, here are the ingredients for the curry to be put in the curry bread. Here are the ingredients. Here are the ingredients: ground beef, onions, carrots, curry roux, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, sugar, grated garlic, and water. I will make it with these ingredients. This time, I will use curry roux and make it in a microwave oven. Can make it with seasonings that you can easily find at home. I used Worcestershire sauce this time, but you can substitute it with sauce. Here are the other ingredients. I will use bread, breadcrumbs, eggs, and also frying oil for frying. I will make it with these ingredients. I will use 6 slices this time. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home First, chop the carrots. Let’s peel them. You can chop them in any way you like. I cut them like this first, and then I cut them in layers. Then I cut it into smaller pieces. Chop the carrots about this fine. Next is the onion. Onions are also chopped. First cut both ends off, remove the skin, and then chop the rest the easy way. This is how you chop onions. Now all that’s left is to heat them in the microwave. First I add carrots, onions, ground meat, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, grated garlic, and sugar here. And curry roux. And finally, I add water. Have ho. Then wrap softly. When you wrap, make a little air inlet/outlet. It is difficult to judge whether the meat is cooked or not if you mix it, so do not mix the contents and microwave it first for 3 minutes at 600 watts. 3 minutes have passed. Then I will open it once. Let’s mix this once. The meat is almost cooked already. Curry powder dissolves and thickens. Then I take off the plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave at 600 watts for 3 minutes without the plastic wrap. I just heated it for 3 minutes. Then the moisture is gone a lot more than before. Then mix it once. This is ok. Now the curry looks like this. Once this is done, I take it off the heat. Then it becomes a little more fuzzy. If it still feels watery at this point, try heating it for an additional 30 seconds to 1 minute. On the other hand, if you feel like there is not enough water, add a little bit of water and heat it a little bit more. Then, to prevent the surface from drying out, I stick a piece of plastic wrap tightly to the curry and leave it to cool. Next, beat the eggs in advance. Crack the eggs into the bowl. Then beat them well. If you dissolve and loosen like this, you are OK. Now I will wrap it in a piece of bread. First, the ears of the bread are cut off this time. I show you the recipe for using the extra bread ears in another video of mine. Then I crush this bread. After that, I fold it in half, but if the bread is not crushed, it will be easy to make a hole when I fold it, so I stretch it a little bit thinner like this. Spread it thinly like this. Then I’m going to wrap the curry now, and I’m going to coat it once with the egg mixture that I’ve beaten as a little bit of an adhesive surface. I think it’s about 2cm of the top half. Apply egg wash like this. Now put the curry on here. It’s a little bit up the middle. If you put too much curry, it will stick out, so be careful not to put too much. Put it like this. Now I can fold this into a triangle. Let’s stick them together a little bit by hand first. Of course, you can fry them as they are, but this time I wanted to make them a little rounder, so you need a Hi-Lex like this or a teacup like this. And then I’m going to put this right here. And then I’m going to push this on with a very, very hard push. Have ho. Pressing down makes the top pan and the bottom pan stick together. Once you press down, then you can kind of rock your hand from side to side. Then the bread will come off naturally. Do not pull forcibly, but jiggle it around like this until the bread comes off naturally. Finished round like this. The mouth is properly closed like this. The mouth is sometimes protruding or there is a gap, so please close the mouth with your finger. It looks like this. The rest is made in the same way. It was made like this. Now let’s put some breadcrumbs here. The curry itself still has about this much left. So I’ll also show you a simple recipe using this one that I cut out left over from this one. Easy recipes at home Now let’s put the breadcrumbs on. Always check that the mouth is tightly closed before breading. Then you put the egg mixture on first. Make sure to put it all over. Then put the breadcrumbs on. Now it’s ok. Bread crumbs like this. Now make the rest in the same way. The batter has been applied like this. Now I will fry this one in oil. Easy recipes at home Fried using a frying pan. First pour about 1.5-2 cm of oil from the bottom of the pan. Then put on heat. This time we will fry them at a temperature of about 170 degrees Celsius, so we first heat the oil until then. The oil is now at the proper temperature. The standard temperature is about the point where fine bubbles appear from the tip of the spoon when you insert the spoon into the bowl. Then it’s OK. Then I fry them in oil so that they don’t burn. Let’s fry until both sides are crispy. Looks delicious I imagine it’s something that is already heated inside, so you color the batter and fry it crispy. The batter is fried well. The fish has been fried well, so I take it out. The fish has been fried like this. I think I’ve fried for roughly 2 minutes now. Take them out when they are about this deep fried color. Now fry the rest in the same way. The next time you fry them, make sure you scoop out the first batter before frying them because the batter is quite dusty now. Finished frying. This way you can make it without tearing it when you fold it. And when you stretch it out, I think roughly a tablespoon of curry roux in the middle is just right. Then fold it in half and press it down with a teacup or something like the Pyrex I used in this case and move it around. Then the bread around it will naturally peel off. Always check that the mouth is properly closed before applying crumbs. Now it’s very easy because all you have to do is fry them already. I only used curry this time, but it’s also very good with melted cheese. I made a pan gratin with leftover curry like this. I made this bread au gratin with curry.       6:52 卵液に着けた左手指先が、後のパン粉着けでパン粉団子みたいになりませんか?
      大きく凹んだパンの対応やパン粉が指にくっ着かない方法を教えて頂きたく、お願いいたします。

    20. ヤマザキパンのふんわり食パン8枚切りを耳を落とさず2枚重ねてその間にカレーを入れて小ぶりの茶碗でたまごも塗らないでそのまま先生の様にググッと押し付ける事でパンの周りは綺麗にくっ付きますのでやって見て下さい。
      先生のカレーパンの2倍の大きさになりますがビックサイズがいい方は試して見て下さい^_^
      残ったふんわり食パンの耳はもともと柔らかいので油で軽く揚げて溶かしたチョコを付けて食べるとめちゃ美味いので試して見て下さい!
