Tawa Mushroom Roll : Quick Evening Snack Recipe🫔

TAWA MUSHROOM ROLL 🫔

🫔Ingredients:

* 500g Mushrooms, washed and chopped into big pieces
* 4 tbsp Curd (Yogurt)
* 1 tsp Salt
* 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
* 1/4 tsp Kashmiri Chili Powder
* 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
* 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
* 1/4 tsp Kitchen King Masala
* 1 Onion, chopped into cubes
* 1 Capsicum (any color), chopped into cubes

🫔 Instructions:
1. In a bowl, combine curd, salt, chili powder, Kashmiri chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, and Kitchen King masala. Mix well. Add the chopped mushrooms to the marinade and mix thoroughly to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat some oil in a tawa (griddle) or pan. Add the marinated mushrooms and cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until all the water from the mushrooms evaporates.
3. Add chopped onions and capsicum to the pan and cook for another 10-15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
4. Heat a paratha on a tawa. Spread a layer of green chutney on the paratha. Add a generous amount of the cooked mushroom and vegetable mixture.
5. Fold the paratha over the filling and roll it up tightly. Serve hot.
