How to Make Classic Hummus

This chickpea based dip packs a lot of flavor and barely any calories. Pair it with some veggies like cucumber, pepper and carrots for a low-cal and healthy snack!

Ingredients:
2 tbsp Tahini paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 -1lb can chick peas, drained,
1 cup EV olive oil
1/8 tsp. smoked paprika
½ tsp. sea salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Method:
1. Pulse the chick peas in the food processor with the blade, and tahini paste. Add chopped garlic
2. Stream in olive oil , adjust consistency as desired
3. Add paprika to mixture pulse until thick consistency
4. Reserve some chick peas for garnish if desired.
5. Sprinkle with Sesame seeds and few drops of olive oil. If desired.
