This time, I will introduce a simple side dish recipe using chicken thighs. It is very easy to make because all you have to do is grill the chicken and combine it with the green onion sauce. This dish is perfect for a small lunch.

Chicken thigh, green onion, cooking sake, sugar, chicken broth, grated ginger, grated garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil, potato starch, black pepper, salt pepper, salad oil This time we will make it with these ingredients. First of all, I will use about 350 grams of chicken thigh meat. The grams here are for reference only.

And the seasonings are a little bit large, but I’m going to make it with things that can be easily prepared. I’m going to make it right away. Easy recipes at home Now I would like to make it as soon as possible. First I will cut the chicken thighs.

Before cutting, we remove the excess skin, excess fat, and sinew. If there are any areas of concern, we will simply remove them. Now let’s remove them. This is ok. It’s roughly OK, so you can prep it. Then I will cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.

When cutting the chicken thighs, if you look at it a little bit like this, you can see there’s a little border in the middle. The area that is slightly narrowed from that border is the muscular part of the chicken. On the other side, the rectangular area is a bit more fleshy.

If you cut the meat into pieces, it will be easier to eat. So, I first cut it into pieces from this border. Then I cut it into bite-sized pieces as we see fit. I think it’s better to cut it into bite-sized pieces because it shrinks a little after baking.

Cut the meat like this. Then season lightly with salt and pepper. A little bit is ok. And let’s rub it all over. And once it’s rubbed, put this one in a bowl. And turn the cooking wine around. This will tenderize the meat and also remove the smell of the meat.

The meat can then be rubbed like this and left to stand until ready to use. Now let’s continue to make the green onion sauce. First, chop the green onions. Try chopping them in a way that is easy to do. There are many ways to do it, so do it your way.

Now going to chop it up. The green onions are now ok. Chop them up like this. Now make the green onion sauce. First, put the green onions in a small bowl. Then add sugar, chicken stock, grated ginger, grated garlic, lemon juice, sesame oil, black pepper, and mix well.

Mix well and you are good to go. Taste it a little bit, and then add a little salt and pepper to taste. This is the green onion sauce. Leave this one in place until you are ready to use it.

So now going to grill the meat, but before I grill it, going to dust this meat with potato starch. I’m going to put the potato starch on the bat and sprinkle it lightly on the meat.

The potato starch is sprinkled like this to make it easier to mix with the green onion sauce. It also keeps the meat juicy. If you put too much potato starch on the meat, it will be too thick. OK. Cover with potato starch like this. Easy recipes at home Now let’s bake it.

First, spread a thin layer of salad oil in a frying pan. Once the salad oil is in the pan, turn on the heat. Then spread the oil all over. Once the oil is spread out, you can put the meat in. Let’s lay out the meat skin side down.

Heat: I’m using a low-medium heat. After arranging the meat like this, cover with a lid, reduce the heat to low, and continue to cook for 3 minutes. Three minutes have passed. The lid is opened. Then check the browning. The heat is set to medium because it is not browning well yet.

Open the lid and let it brown once. If it is browned at this point, you can flip it over. If the meat is nicely browned at this point, you can turn it over. When the meat is browned like this, it is ready.

When you turn them over like this, cook on one side over low to medium heat until they are browned again. The amount of cooking time should be adjusted according to the size and thickness of the meat. The surface of this crust is very crispy. Both sides are browned. The meat is well cooked.

Then once you do that, turn off the heat. Then wipe off excess oil. By wiping off the oil like this, I think you can enjoy a refreshing and tasty dish. Then, add the green onion sauce that you have prepared.

Then, put it on the fire again, over medium heat, and toss in the scallion sauce as it is. Roughly 1 minute over medium heat. Then the meat and scallion sauce will be well combined. OK. Now you have a delicious green onion-salted chicken. Now I would like to put it on a plate.

If you are making this for children, you may want to leave out the black pepper. And here’s the key to grilling chicken. Grill the meat first, skin side down. And while you’re grilling the skin side, put a lid on top to steam the meat. This will help to keep the fire going.

Try to keep the steaming time roughly around 3 minutes. Then, if the skin isn’t browned, increase the heat a bit to brown it. If the meat is browned, turn it over and continue to brown on one side.

The time to cook the meat will depend on the size and thickness of the meat, so please adjust the time. The meat will release a lot of oil, so wipe off the oil before mixing it with the onion sauce. This will give it a very refreshing finish.
