こんな美味い牡蠣のパスタがあるのかと言われた【バター醤油香る魚介のペペロンチーノ】

Salut! Hello, everyone. Meisterwerk that produces ICONO, the olive oil I love, kindly reached out to me and proposed that 3,000 viewers of my channel can get their olive oil for free So, today’s recipe is an oil pasta in which you can ue their delicious olive oil

I’m gonna tell you how to apply for the campaign So, please watch till the end Now, I’m gonna make Butter Soy Sauce Pasta with Oysters and Scallops (5 oysters) It’s called butter soy sauce but the main seasoning is the olive oil

I got oysters in brine This brine is delicious so filter it with a paper towel and don’t waste it (You can substitute pasta water for this) These are scallops Remove the adductor muscles and sprinkle salt on both sides (5 scallops) I also sprinked some salt on oysters So, it’s the same process

Mince 2 cloves of garlic although how many you need depends on the size (2 cloves of garlic) I can assure you that this pasta is great Other than oysters and scallops, the ingredients are simple and you should have most of them at home SO, I guess it’s easy to try it yourself

I love pasta with oysters There is pasta with oyster sauce There is spaghetti aglio e olio with oyster There are so many kinds of them (20g of bacon) I wanted to eat something like this pasta so I created the recipe from scratch (Chop bacon finely) YEAH

Now, the cutting part is over Coat oysters with flour In this way, oysters won’t be cooked directly, which prevents them from shrinking It also helps to brown it beautifully and it emulsifies and thickens the oily sauce as the main ingredient is the olive oil (pour some olive oil and brown the oysters)

For these reasons, you should coat them with flour Cook them on medium heat not high heat Brown and make the both sides crispy Turn over them and you should add scallops here Take out the oysters before they’re fully cooked It’s the same as scallops Brown only one side and take them out

They’ll be fully cooked later when you mix them with pasta So, don’t worry Now, add about 1/2 tbsp of olive oil Cook bacon on medium heat and blend the flavor of bacon into the olive oil You should smell the savoury flavor already

Then, add minced garlic and a pintch of Hawk claw chili peppers You don’t have to add Hawk claw chili peppers But I prefer adding it for spiciness When minced garlic starts to give off its flaovr, add 5g of butter and keep cooking them (5g of butter)

When bacon and minced garlic give off their flavors and you can see fine foam of butter, it’s a good sign Add soy sauce and mix it well (1/2 tsp of soy sauce) It really helps to improve the flavor

Add removed adductor muscles after mincing them Also, add 100ml to 120 ml of the brine (You can substitute pasta water for this) It really helps to enrich the flavor Do not waste it The sauce is almost ready now Add a bit of salt to the water and cook pasta

You don’t need to give it a salty taste Just add about 0.8% of salt by weight Put back the oysters now and cook them fully (Add some parsely) Put the cooked pasta in the sauce and adjust the thickness of the sauce

Before mixing it with pasta, it is quite watery but don’t worry. You can thicken it when mixing it with pasta Put scallops back in the frying pan and cook them with the remaining heat As the oysters are coated with flour, it’s easy to emulsify and thicken the sauce As a final touch, pour some ICONO olive oil This recipe will never be perfect with this awesome flavor Add some parsely at the end and it’s done It’s time for food presentation, dresser You might heap it up but as the ingredients are heavy, it will collapse. Let it go

This sauce is the key Pour plenty of it Itadakimasu I already know this is amazing The flavors of oysters and bacon and savoury flavor of soy sauce are blended perfectly by the olive oil I can’t believe how great this is The flavor of ICONO olive oil is refreshing and it has a deep flavor So, it makes the dish more sophisticated As I said earlier, from those who applied, 3000 people will win a small bottle of ICONO olive oil by lot
