スーパーマーケットに行ったら、興味深いカップラーメンがありましたので、気になり味見してみたいなと思い購入です。
日清カップヌードルのタイの味で、クリーミートムヤム味というものです。

イオン系のスーパーマーケットで今のところ販売しているようです。

パッケージにたっぷりと唐辛子が書いてあるように、スープはとても辛い味付けでした。
東南アジアやタイなどのカップラーメンはこのような辛いカップラーメンが多いです。
そしてタマリンドを使ったような酸味のあるスープが特徴でもあります。

辛いのですが、タマリンドの酸味によってすっきりとした後味に仕上がっています。
クリーミーさも少し入っているので、すっきりさとコクを兼ね備えたスープだなという印象です。

麺の太さは、日本の日清カップヌードルと同じような太さだなと思います。
ちなみに今回のカップヌードルには、面に唐辛子が練りこんであるようです。

タイで食べるカップラーメンは、日本のものに比べると麺が細い感じがします。

日本でも気軽にタイの味が楽しめますので、イオン系列のスーパーマーケットへ行った時には是非チェックしてみてください。

Cup ramen eaten in Thailand has thinner noodles than Japanese ones.
