フライパンで簡単調理! 鯖の照り焼き Mackerel teriyaki style!
とても簡単に作れる美味しい鯖の照り焼きです。
Make this very easy but delicious mackerel teriyaki dish!
Season the mackerel fillet with salt and pepper, coat with flour then fry on a frying pan. Add 1 tablespoon each of soy sauce and mirin to finish.
