[Baked curry] 焼きカレーの作り方

今回は前回作ったカレーを使って、焼きカレーを作ってみました。発祥は福岡県北九州市は門司港付近だということです。とても手軽に作れて、カレーだけのものとは少し違う味が楽しめるので広まったということです。
日本では一回カレーを作るとしばらくはカレーが続くので、こんな形で少し違うものを食べられるといいかもしれません。
材料:
  カレールー: 適量
  卵: 1個(新鮮なもの)
  ミックスチーズ: 適量
  ごはん: 1人前

We cooked [Baked curry] using curry roux we made the last time. This recipe was originally made in Moji-port, Kita-Kyushu, Fukuoka-pref, and there are over 30 restaurants around there serving this menu.
It is said that this menu spread simply because it is easy to cook and you could enjoy a little bit different taste using the same roux.
In Japan, once curry roux is made, the family sort of has to keep eating it until it’s gone, so a bit different variety could be appreciated.
Ingredients:
Curry roux: adequate amount
Egg: one (fresh one which you could eat it row. Otherwise please cook the egg really well, not like in this video.)
Mix cheese: adequate amount
Cooked rice: one serving
