(If there is room, marinate for about 10 minutes.) Just before baking, sprinkle 4 tablespoons of potato starch, 1 tablespoon of white sesame seeds, and 1 tablespoon of black sesame seeds. Heat 1 tablespoon of C salad oil (rice oil) and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a frying pan ❸ and fry until both sides are browned and crispy.
