    Broccoli Casserole in Cheese-Cream Sauce
    Ingredients:
    4-5 eggs
100 ml of milk or cream
    100 g of grated cheese
    100-150 g of broccoli (pre-sautรฉ for 3-4 minutes)
    Salt and pepper to taste
Butter for greasing the baking dish
    Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 190ยฐC (375ยฐF). In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk (or cream), salt, and pepper. Stir in the grated cheese and pre-sautรฉed broccoli. Grease a baking dish with butter and pour in the mixture. Bake until the casserole forms a stable golden crust.
This casserole is delicious both hot and cold, making it an ideal choice for breakfast or a midday snack.

    Persimmon Jam
    Ingredients:
1 kg (2.2 lbs) of persimmons (choose ripe and sweet varieties)
400-500 g (2-2.5 cups) of sugar (adjust based on the sweetness of the persimmons)
    1 lemon (juice only)
100 ml (about 1/2 cup) of water (optional, for a thinner consistency)
    Instructions:
Cut the persimmons into small cubes and transfer them to a heavy-bottomed pot. Add sugar and water (if desired) and cook over low heat for 20-30 minutes, stirring regularly and skimming off any foam. The jam should thicken slightly as it cooks. If you prefer a smoother texture, use an immersion blender to blend the jam directly in the pot.
Pour the hot jam into sterilized jars and seal tightly. Turn the jars upside down, wrap them in a towel, and allow them to cool completely.
Store the jam in the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place. Persimmon jam pairs perfectly with pancakes, toast for breakfast, or as a topping for yogurt.
