梅雨明けして、日々熱くなっているため”さっぱりとレモン”を使って作りました。味付けは海鮮出しを使って”よりさっぱり”と豆腐を入れて食べやすくしました。〆にはうどんなどの麺類を入れてもおいしく味わえます。
