There was no consomme in the Bolognese seasoning. If you don’t use this, you won’t get a homely taste. So please be sure to put consomme in this. And please put sake there. Please put this in 50CC. In other words, 3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon. Adding this will improve the scent.
When red wine is added, the tannin component gives a bitter taste. However, when sake is boiled, it becomes sweeter and has a better aroma. Boiled tomatoes and sake together makes it very delicious. Then add ketchup. This is also not included in the Bolognese seasoning. Italian food basically does not use sugar.
So I don’t use ketchup. But this time use ketchup. This is also 50㏄. Add 3 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon. That’s about it. And if you don’t add ketchup, it won’t taste like home. This is Japanese meat sauce, so please add ketchup. Then it will have a more homely taste.
Add 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce. Worcestershire sauce contains a lot of fruits and spices as raw materials. This will bring out the umami of the taste. If you don’t have Worcestershire sauce, you can use Nakano sauce. But Worcestershire sauce is a little spicy.
However, it is not spicy because it has a lot of sweetness. Boil the sauce further. Now you have a lot of sweet ingredients in the sauce. However, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce are sour. It is not sour and delicious, so please simmer to eliminate the sourness. How long should it be boiled?
Make sure that the sauce does not run off when scooped with “LADLE”. When you put the sauce on the pasta, it slowly falls off. Increase the heat a little and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes. I’ll show you how hard it will be. Please do not burn the sauce as it is.
After 5 minutes. I simmered the sauce over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Then there is almost no water. When you drop the sauce from above, it falls like this. Please remove the water from the sauce to this extent. Next, get ready to boil the pasta. First, prepare a pot.
This time I boil one person’s pasta. I have something to say every time. Add 2/3 teaspoons of salt to 1 liter of boiling water for pasta. Then taste the boiled juice. Not many people taste it. But taste it. The concentration should be a little stronger soup.

Since it is a meat sauce, you can use a slightly thicker pasta. This time I use 1.6mm pasta, which is likely to be common at home. Choose the thickness of the pasta to your liking. However, I don’t recommend using very thin pasta. Twist the pasta like this and press it down from above.
Then it will be like this. Then put all the pasta in hot water. The salt concentration of boiling water for pasta varies from person to person. Many people say that the salt concentration of the hot water should be 2-3%.
If the salt concentration is 2 to 3%, the boiling point will be high and the temperature of the hot water will be high. But the higher temperatures are 1 ° C or 2 ° C. I don’t think the temperature difference will change much. But this idea is different for each person.
I boil in hot water with a salinity of 1%. So I think it’s better not to make salty pasta. Boil as it is on the time indicated on the pasta bag. Turn off the heat 30 seconds earlier than that time. Then remove the pasta from the hot water.
After removing the pasta from the hot water, put it in a plate. Then add butter to it and mix. It is easier to mix pasta and butter in a bowl. But I don’t like more things to wash. The meat sauce is tomato and seasoning and has a very strong taste.
Therefore, just boiled pasta is not enough. So wrap the pasta with butter and cherish the harmony. When butter is entwined with pasta, the taste is completely different. And please put the pasta on the plate a little neatly. And put the meat sauce on it. Smooth the sauce a little.
This is a little different from Bolognese. Bolognese mixes the sauce with the pasta and then puts it in a plate. But minced meat sauce does not mix them and puts them in a plate. Sprinkle parsley from above. This is Japanese meat sauce. This completes the supreme meat sauce. I will actually eat it.

※今回はパスタ100gを別茹でしてバターを絡めてミートソースをかけて食べました。
(パスタを茹でる際は塩を1リットルに対して小さじ2/3ほど入れてます)
ソースは3人前なのでさらにパスタ2人前で200g茹でて一気に食べるか
保存して数日に分けて食べることも可能です。
