Boneless Chicken – 500 gms – Salt – 1/2 tbs – Lemon juice – 1 tsp – Yogurt – 3 tbs -Ginger garlic paste – 1.5 tbs – Chilli powder- 1 tbs – cooking oil – 2 tsp

FOR MIXTURE:
Butter – 1 tbsp Water- 1 cup – Bay leaf – 1 – Cardamom – 4 – Cloves – 4 – Cinnamon – one stick Tomato – one medium size – Ginger – chopped (one inch) – Garlic cloves – 4 – Onion – 1 small size
Cashew nuts – 12 – Salt as per taste – Kasuri methi
