Tips for Fixing a Dull Salad:
– Use a large bowl
– Mix greens with coleslaw mix
– Combine fresh + dried fruit (i.e. sundried tomatoes, dried apples)
– Season well
– Moisten with olive oil, vinegar or lemon/lime juice
– Use good dressing
