  2. Years ago I had a Korean neighbor who would make this for me. She later moved and I never found or tasted the Korean fried potatoes again. I’ve been to Korean Restaurant and asked about it, none made it ☹ I can’t wait to try your version….it looks like that’s it! Thank you for sharing.
