【キムチみそチゲ(Kimchi-Bean paste Stew)】の作り方❤️with English subtitled

Today, we’ll cook Kimchi-Bean paste stew!
Now let’s cook!
First, take the kelp and iriko(dried young sardine) soup stock. You can use dashi packs or other soup stock instead.
Slice onion.
Slice radish.
Next, cut leek into small pieces.
Put 1 tbsp of sesame oil in the pan.
Put 1 tsp of grated garlic there.
Add kimchi(80g) and fry quickly.
Add red pepper flakes.
Please adjust the spiciness to your liking.
Add 1 tsp of sugar and fry for about 1 minute over low heat.
Put the soup stock, radish and onion.
The vegetables are in the refrigerator at that time and are delicious even if you put cabbage, potatoes, etc.
It is delicious even with konjac and mushrooms.
Next, add the chicken. Even if you put pork instead.
Cover gently so as not to spill over, and heat over medium heat for about 10 minutes.

When the vegetables are soft, add the tofu. And let it boil for about 1 minute, and add 1.5 tbsp of miso(bean paste).
Add miso and mix well to taste.
After the taste, add the taste and pepper to adjust the taste.
Finally, break in the egg and top with the leeks,
and you’re ready to make Kimchi-Bean paste stew!

キムチ 80g
鶏肉のつみれ 200g(又は鶏もも肉や豚バラ肉)
豆腐 400g
玉ねぎ 1個
大根 5センチ
白ねぎ又は青ねぎ 適量
玉子 1個

だし 800ml
味噌 大さじ1.5
ごま油 大さじ1
さとう 小さじ1
にんにく 小さじ1(お好みで)
粉とうがらし 大さじ1(お好みで)

※白菜やキャベツ、じゃがいも。きのこ類、こんにゃく、ニラなどもよく合います^ ^

80g kimchi
Chicken pickle 200g (or chicken thigh or pork belly)
400g tofu
1 onion
5 cm Radish
leek
1 egg

Dashi 800ml
1.5 tbsp miso(bean paste)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of garlic (optional)
1 tbsp red powdered pepper (optional)
