□2 packs of Udon
□Okra 4pieces
□Natto 2 packs
□Kimuchi 100g〜160g
□Ground sesame to serve
□ Cold water to cool okra and udon

□Cold water 200ml
□Mentsuyu 150ml
□1 tbsp Grain vinegar
※About 1.5 tsp sesame oil if desired
