ここのうどん屋さん他と全く違います。本当にオンリーワンの店です。
全部地元産、小麦まで育てていて最近は出汁に使う乾物まで地元のものを使うようになって、それでいてセルフうどんもあって価格も安い。もちろん美味しいです。
地元では超有名な店です。
ここのうどんとどどめせが本当に美味しいんです(#´ᗜ`#)

I ate at another udon place in Okayama recently, which is one of the top rated udon places in the city. It was okay, but nothing special. I've had better udon from a vending machine. This place looks much better all around. Even though it's a bit out of the way, I'll plan a special trip just to try it. It's amazing how much work they put into preparing the food. "Dodomesse" is also new to me. I need to give that a try. I like learning about these little places that are not well known, but deserve a bit of promotion, so well done.
