    Potato & Spinach Frittata 🫶🏻 Gluten FREE!
    RECIPE:
    1. Wash and laminate 3 medium potatoes
    2. Soak in water for 5 minutes
    3. Mix two tablespoons of cornstarch, two tablespoons of grated cheese and a splash of water.
    4. Stir and add a splash of olive oil.
    5. Add the already drained potatoes and plenty of spinach to the previous mixture
    6. Spread in an oven fountain and cook at 200 degrees for 40 minutes
    7. If you want it to be crispy use grate function for the last 5 minutes.
