How to make spinach and seaweed miso soup & recipe
(ほうれん草とわかめの味噌汁のレシピ&作り方)
【Recipe】
★Ingredients(材料)
Water(水)
Dashi(だし)
Spinach(ほうれん草)
Seaweed(わかめ)
Miso(味噌)
★Cooking method(作り方)
1:Boil the spinach, drain it and cut it into 2cm widths.
(ほうれん草は茹でて、水気をきり、2cm幅くらいに切る。)
2:Put water and dashi into the pan and set it on fire.
(鍋に水、だしを入れ火にかける。)
3:Add spinach and seaweed and beat the miso.
(ほうれん草、わかめを入れ、味噌をとく。)
4:Served in bowl and completed.
(お椀に盛り、完成。)
