This is my parents’ dumpling recipe. I’ve had good gyoza at many restaurants, but these gyoza are so good that each of us can easily eat 30 or 40 of them. On gyoza day, we use several frying pans to mass produce.

The grilled dumplings are served with your favorite sauce, and the sui-gyoza are served with a superb umami sauce.
