    ●酢豚(3人前)
     豚小間肉300g
     ピーマン:2個
     人参:1/2本
     玉ねぎ:1/2個
     木耳:適量

    ●肉の下味
     醤油:小さじ1
     紹興酒:大さじ1

    ●甘酢餡(3人分)
     ケチャップ:大さじ2.5
     酢:75㏄
     醤油:大さじ1
     鶏ガラスープ:100㏄
     砂糖:大さじ4
     紹興酒:大さじ1
     レモン汁:大さじ1/2
     ごま油:大さじ1 
     片栗粉:大さじ1

    ●Subuta(for 3 people)
     300g sliced pork
     2 bell pepper
     1/2 carrot
     1/2 onion
     some wood ear mushroom

    ●Seasoning for pork
     1 tsp soy sauce
     1 tbsp Shaoxing wine

    ●Sweet and sour sauce(for 3 people)
     3 tbsp ketchup
     75ml vinegar
     1 tbsp soy sauce
     100ml chicken stock
     4 tbsp sugar
     1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
     1/2 tbsp lemon juice
     1 tbsp sesame oil
     1 tbsp potato starch
