Ingredients I used
– sponge cake –
: 30g flour
: 10g butter
: 30g granulated sugar
: 1 egg
: lemon zest
I used 400g Kabocha squash
– cinamon-lemon flavored paste –
: 100g kabocha paste
: cinamon powder
: lemon juice
– kabocha piping cream –
: 100g kabocha paste
: whipping vream (100g heavy cream + 10g sugar + vanilla extract)
