Recipes:
1. Beet, Kale, and Quinoa Salad with Cashew Dressing
Ingredients:
Kale (chopped)
Beets (roasted and sliced)
Quinoa (cooked)
Avocado (sliced)
Cashews (soaked, for dressing)
Lemon juice
21 Season Salute (to taste)
Instructions:
Massage kale with a little lemon juice to soften.
Toss kale with roasted beets, cooked quinoa, and avocado slices.
Blend soaked cashews with water, lemon juice, and 21 Season Salute for the dressing.
Drizzle dressing over the salad and enjoy!
2. Strawberry-Banana Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
Strawberries
Banana (frozen)
Chia seeds
Flax seeds
Organic pea protein
Cinnamon
Dates
Instructions:
Blend frozen banana, strawberries, pea protein, and a touch of water or almond milk until thick.
Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds, flax seeds, and sliced dates. Sprinkle cinnamon on top for extra flavor.
3. Hummus & Veggie Ezekiel Toast
Ingredients:
Ezekiel bread
Hummus
Broccoli (lightly steamed or roasted)
Allspice
Avocado (optional)
Instructions:
Toast a slice of Ezekiel bread.
Spread a generous layer of hummus.
Top with steamed or roasted broccoli and sprinkle with allspice. Add avocado slices for extra creaminess.
4. Black Bean and Pineapple Salad
Ingredients:
Black beans (rinsed and drained)
Pineapple (diced)
Kale (chopped)
Avocado (diced)
21 Season Salute
Lime juice
Instructions:
Combine black beans, pineapple, kale, and avocado in a bowl.
Drizzle with lime juice and sprinkle with 21 Season Salute. Toss gently.
5. Apple-Cinnamon Chia Pudding
Ingredients:
Apple (diced)
Chia seeds
Almond milk (or other plant milk)
Cinnamon
Dates (blended into paste for sweetness)
Instructions:
Mix chia seeds with almond milk and let sit for at least 30 minutes (or overnight) until it thickens.
Stir in blended dates and a generous pinch of cinnamon.
Top with diced apples before serving.
6. Garbanzo Bean Bowl
Ingredients:
Garbanzo beans
Kale (sautéed or raw)
Roasted beets
Quinoa
Avocado
21 Season Salute
Lemon or tahini dressing
Instructions:
Layer quinoa, kale, and garbanzo beans in a bowl.
Add roasted beets and avocado slices.
Drizzle with lemon or tahini dressing and sprinkle with 21 Season Salute.

Excellent haul! Ezekiel bread is not gluten free 🙁
