    Tuna Salad

    Mix everything below together and adjust to taste:

    4 cans Wild Planet Skipjack Tuna, drained

    1/4 cup mayonnaise

    1 tsp salt

    1 tsp garlic powder

    1 tsp black pepper

    1/3 cup minced red onion

    1/2 cup minced kosher dill pickles

    3–4 tbsp minced fresh dill

    3–4 tbsp minced fresh chives

    For the Sandwich

    3–4 medium eggs, boiled (about 8 minutes), peeled and sliced

    1 heirloom or beefsteak tomato, sliced

    Butter lettuce

    Cheesy Crispy Bread

    1–2 cups shredded Mexican melting cheese

    1 loaf Korean milk bread (or any bread you prefer)

    Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a layer of shredded cheese. Let it melt and become golden and crispy on the bottom. Place a slice of bread directly onto the melted cheese, then gently lift and fold the crispy cheese edges up and around the bread to “wrap” it. Flip and toast the other side until golden brown. Repeat with remaining slices.

    Assemble your sandwich with the cheesy bread, tuna salad, eggs, tomato, and lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
