Basic Kale Chips Recipe Tutorial | Vegan, Easy & Healthy | YouTober Day 9!

    For YouTober Day 9, I show you how to make SUPER easy, vegan and gluten-free BAKED KALE CHIPS! Feel free to season with more than I did in this video. I used salt, pepper and garlic powder, but adding in nutritional yeast, parmesan cheese or oregano will add extra flavor.

    Ingredients:
    -Trader Joe’s prewashed and cut Kale
    -olive oil spray
    -salt
    -pepper
    -seasonings (optional)

    Instructions:
    -Cover baking sheet in parchment paper
    -Lay out kale -Cover in oil spray and seasonings
    -Massage kale to cover in oil
    -Bake for 10-15 minutes at 350° until desired crunchiness is met
    -Enjoy!
