  1. RECIPE:
    I. Add about 6 tbsp butter to a 12” cast iron skillet. Place in oven and preheat to 425°F
    2. While that preheats, mix the following ingredients in a mixing bowl
    -1.5 cups (180g) all purpose flour
    -1.5 cups (360g) milk
    -8 eggs
    -1/2 tsp salt
    -2 tbs maple syrup or honey
    – 1/2 can pumpkin purée (about 7.5oz)
    – 2-3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
    3. Mix well.
    4. Once oven has reached temp, remove skillet, swirl butter around to coat well, add mixture.
    6. Bake for 25 min
    7. Serve topped with maple syrup, powdered sugar, whipped cream, etc.
