    🥘 Ingredients
    1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
    1 small butternut squash (peeled, cubed, and roasted)
    2 tbsp olive oil
    1 small onion (caramelized, optional)
    1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)
    ½ cup goat cheese or feta (crumbled)
    Fresh sage leaves (or thyme/rosemary)
    Salt & pepper to taste
    Optional: balsamic glaze drizzle
    👩‍🍳 Instructions
    Prep the Squash
    Peel and cube the butternut squash.
    Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
    Roast at 400°F (200°C) for ~20–25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
    Prepare the Dough
    Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface.
    Place on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
    Assemble Pizza
    Brush dough lightly with olive oil.
    Sprinkle mozzarella as the base layer.
    Add roasted butternut squash evenly.
    Add caramelized onions (if using).
    Sprinkle goat cheese/feta on top.
    Add fresh sage or herbs.
    Bake
    Bake at 475°F (245°C) for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
    Finish & Serve
