    ・じゃがいも・・・・・・・4個
    ・小麦粉・・・・・・・・・大さじ4
    ・片栗粉・・・・・・・・・ちょっと
    ・塩・・・・・・・・・・・ちょっと
    ・ケチャップ・・・・・・・ちょっと

    【レシピ】①じゃがいもの皮を剥いて耐熱ポリ袋に入れレンジで500w6分温める②袋に入れたままじゃがいもを麺棒で叩く③小麦粉を入れまぜる④まな板にホイルを敷いてじゃがいも生地を伸ばし、包丁で1cmずつ切る⑤油で揚げて出来上がり。お好みで塩やケチャップを

    Ingredients:
    * Potatoes: 4
    * Flour: 4 tablespoons
    * Potato starch: as needed
    * Salt: a pinch
    * Ketchup: a little
    Recipe:
    1. Peel the potatoes and place them in a microwave-safe plastic bag. Microwave at 500W for 6 minutes.
    2. While still in the bag, mash the potatoes with a rolling pin.
    3. Add flour to the bag and mix well.
    4. Spread aluminum foil on a cutting board, roll out the potato mixture, and cut into 1 cm strips with a knife.
    5. Deep fry in oil until golden brown. Serve with salt or ketchup to taste.
