The cheesecake I will make this time is a rich, dense, and very delicious cheesecake with a lot of peach texture. There are many points, such as how to cut peaches. I hope you'll have a great time. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home Let’s start by introducing today’s ingredients. Here are the ingredients. Cream cheese, cream, yogurt, granulated sugar, flour, eggs, lemon juice, canned peaches, and canned syrup. This time, I will use these materials to make it. First of all, I will use fresh cream with 35% animal milk fat content. And as for yogurt, use unsweetened yogurt. This is OK without draining. And since this is a peach cheesecake, I'm going to make it using canned peaches, which you can easily buy here. I used yellow peaches this time, but you can also use white peaches. You can use any peaches you like. And this time, I will use an 18 cm pound mold. And inside the pound mold, cut out a baking sheet or a cookie sheet, cut four corners like this, and lay it inside the pound mold. It looks like this. This one, you must do before making the dough. Now let's go ahead and make it. Easy recipes at home Now let's make it. Peach is, I would like to make 3 patterns this time. First one will be sliced, then the next will be cubed, and the last will be grated. First, you know, these peaches are going to be sliced. Let's slice them roughly 5 mm wide. OK. Slice it like this. Peach here, you know, when you slice it, put it down so that you don't break the order of it. Next, I'll cut these peaches into cubes. Roughly, this one is cut into about 1 cm widths. After cutting like this, I turn it around and then cut it again in the same way, 1 cm wide. OK. Cut the square like this. Now I will grate the last peach. Let's grate them with a grater. OK. Finally, grate it like this. If it's too hard to grate, you can chop it up with a knife, or you can put it in a bag and crush it. Prepare three patterns of peaches like this. This way, you can enjoy different textures and make a delicious cheesecake. Easy recipes at home Now I will continue to make the cheesecake batter. First, in a bowl, let's put the cream cheese. Now, this cream cheese is fresh out of the refrigerator and is cold and hard to knead, so going to heat it up and soften it. Heat in microwave 600W for 30 seconds. Heated. Then I knead it with a rubber spatula. If it is still a little stiff at this point, heat it for an additional 10 seconds. Sometimes if you heat it all at once, the cream cheese will burn, so heat it for 30 seconds first and then watch it. OK. Mix thoroughly and smooth until creamy like this. Now I will continue to add granulated sugar here. And first knead it with a rubber spatula. Once it is smooth like this, now switch to the whisk and mix it. OK. Roughly, mix for about 20 seconds. Then it becomes smooth like this. Now I continue by cracking an egg here. And mix well. Add the ingredients one at a time, mixing well each time. This way, the mixture will be very clean and even. If the whites are also mixed nicely, it is OK. Now I will continue to add yogurt here. And mix this well too. OK. Now let's continue by adding lemon juice here. And mix. And then continue to add the cream. Mix this well. Then the flour. This is sifted and added. OK. Mix well. Mix well like this. Then,going to add the grated peaches and diced peaches, but before we do that, I will strain this dough. This gives a very smooth finish. Now let's move on to the next step. OK. Once strained, the result is very smooth. Then add the peaches that you just grated here. And also, add these peaches that have been cut into cubes. And let's mix it. Now the dough is ready. The dough looks like this, with the peach pulp. Now, pour this into the prepared mold. Then, using a bamboo skewer or something, smooth the surface once. Finally, I decorate the surface with sliced peaches. Now let's put them on. Like this, shifting a little bit at a time gives a beautiful finish. Lined up like this. Plus about 5 more, plus. Here's one if you're missing it, please add an extra slice. Now let's bake it in hot water. First of all, I would like to ask you to prepare a bat or something, and lay out two sheets of kitchen paper here. And then place the mold here. Now I pour hot water in here. This is how you can make it very moist by baking it in hot water. If you don't have such a bat, you can bake two cakes in a cocotte with hot water on both ends. Then you get the same hot water baking effect. Now we will bake this one in an oven preheated to 170°C for 45 minutes. And if it looks like it's going to burn in the middle, put aluminum foil over the top and continue baking. Baked. It is baked like this. Then I put the whole mold on a cake cooler and take it off the heat like this. Heat is removed. Once the heat is removed, I put this canned syrup on the surface. And keep it from drying out. Keep this wrapped on top and refrigerate it for half a day. Refrigerated thoroughly for half a day. Finished like this. Now we take it out of the mold. And let's remove the oven sheet. Peel off.   12. いつも楽しく拝見しています。丁度よく材料が家にあったので、早速作ってみました。最高に美味しくできて感動です!これは我が家で定番のおかしになりそうです。砂糖は70gだと 1/3カップぐらいだな、薄力粉30gは大さじ3.5ぐらいだな、と、次回ははかりを出さないで作れるようにメモっています。

    今回のチーズケーキは家族に好評でした。動画では簡単に見えたけど、
    実際は、洗い物が沢山だったり(笑)
    裏ごし工程など、少し手がかかりましたが、その分美味しいケーキが、
    出来たみたいです♪小麦粉の使用分量
    も少なくて良かったです。
    桃缶は、私が購入した桃がゆかりさんのより小さめだったので、5個入り
    全部使っちゃいました(^_^;)
