I’m here at “Udon Izakaya Masaka” in Gunma. It’s the official name. I truly love the restaurant. Everyone is nice. The food is absolutely delicious. When I come here, I can get energy. I got a chance to work as a staff member at the restaurant and talk with customers. I’m going to eat an extra large size of delicious udon noodles. Can you hear this cheerful voice, right? Their throat might be broken… Let’s enjoy many different dishes! They always and write and make such a menu like this. No matter what you eat, it will be delicious. Whenever you come, yes. Let’s go! It’s incredible! It’s crazy, isn’t it? It looks impactful. And it’s cute! I’ve been curious about tofu meshi! Please break down the tofu if you want. Thank you! It’s great! I guess this is the largest amount of food ever. I’m going to eat an extra large size of curry udon and a small size of tofu meshi! I cannot even tell how big or small they are. Let’s dig in! It’s an extra large size of curry udon (a regular size is 990 yen). I’m sure it will be delicious. The meat is very soft and tender. I can take off bones well. It’s sweet but spicy. It’s like teriyaki chicken. They sometimes cook big chicken legs or something like that. This is a chicken wing version of it. It feels as if the meat were put onto the bones. The noodles are so long that I cannot stop laughing. Noodles here in general are long. It’s so good… The curry smell spreads out in my mouth! The long noodles are well-entangled with the curry! The umami tastes of the chicken are nicely in the curry, and it’s satisfying!! It tastes slightly spicy, but I can also enjoy the sweetness of vegetables like onions. Soft. It takes a long time to hold up the long noodles. Cheese is melted nicely. I’m sure this carrot will be delicious. What? It’s as sweet as dessert. Although I don’t know all the restaurants in Japan, this restaurant will be within top 10 in Japan in terms of how comfortable and welcoming it is. They always think about their customers. It’s such a wonderful restaurant. Some cheese is in it! The restaurant operates as an udon restaurant in the daytime and as an izakaya at night. Dishes are 390 yen. That’s affordable in this day and age. Yakiniku is popular. Other single dishes are good, too. I would say pizzas are delicious. ‘Besupio’, a spicy pasta that is famous in Gunma, is also good. What else? I cannot choose! Everything is tasty here. When cheese is well melted in the curry, it tastes more creamy. The height has lowered a bit, right? Here at “Masaka”, dishes are affordable, delicious, fast to be served. They’re incredibly delicious honestly. I feel comfortable and welcomed. The food is delicious. It’s large in quantity, too. I cannot find any negative points. I mean the food portions are a bit crazy. Is this actually a negative part? There’re also some meat in this curry! Look at this amount of meat! I’ll go for this tofu meshi! It’s my first time to try it. It’s recommended to break it down. This color increases my appetite. This is a mini size, but a lot of rice is in it. It’s so good! The tofu meshi is delicious! The stewed sweet yet spicy tofu goes well with rice, and if you break the tofu down as you eat, its umami tastes are soaked into the rice. It’s simple, but I cannot stop eating it… I like it! It’s a delicious dish for sure! It’s great. Let me add some chili pepper. It will be good to add it to the chicken. I’m not sure what to say about this, but this udon is at the ultimate level in terms of the deliciousness. The owner, Kazuya-san, thinks about how to make it even more delicious. That’s the definition of being a professional. Professionalism. The potatoes are delicious. The toppings are not really topped, but come from the inside. Even cartilage is delicious. When I told that I wanted to eat curry udon, they kindly put sliced onion because they knew that I like onions. Look at the amount of onion! If you like curry with a lot of onions, it’s going to be for you. I also want to eat sukiyaki here. I feel that the total amount has decreased. It’s been cold recently. I decided to eat hot udon like this. It’s rather hot now. I’m sweating a bit. I’ll add the rest of the onion. I was first surprised at the toppings, but there’re a lot of meat and onion, too. It’s like stewed onion and curry. There’re more meat than udon noodles. I thought that I ate a lot of onions and meat so far, but this much is still left. I wonder why… Where was it? Something constantly comes from the curry. Cold mentaiko (salted roe with chili pepper) cream udon, which is available here, is delicious. I think I’ve had it three times. I’m finished with the noodles. They’re not left at all anymore. I’m finally finished! It was super delicious but a lot! No matter how many times I eat out here, anything and everything is always delicious. The curry udon is slightly spicy, too. Like spices. However, it’s easier to eat. The noodles are well-entangled with the soup stock and stuff. It was very delicious. There were a lot of onion and meat. Udon as in curry udon is nicely stewed, but the texture of each udon dish is totally different. If you get a lot of chances to come here, I hope you will enjoy the differences. I mean lighting is important. Every time I visit the restarant, I’m very comfortable. If you come to Takasaki, Gunma, please enjoy eating out here. Such a nice place. It was all delicious. My five-day trip to Gunma is over now. Let’s go back to Tokyo. I’m finished! Bye! Thank you for watching!!
