[ Relaxing Cooking ] 甘辛ごぼうパスタ/Teriyaki Burdock Spaghetti

    秋になりごぼうをスーパーでよく見かけるようになったので、
    ごぼうが主役のパスタを。
    ささがきにして定番の甘辛い味付けで香ばしく仕上げます。
    ごぼうの食感がしっかりとした食べ応えを生むレシピです。
    食物繊維もしっかりとれます!

    Autumn has come and I see a lot of fresh burdock root in supermarkets these days.
    So I decided to make a video about a recipe using burdock root.
    We Japanese love eating burdock with Teriyaki like taste;sweet and salty taste.
    A firm texture of burdock makes you get a nice fillingness.
    We use sake to add umami to this pasta recipe.
    Also this contains a good amount of “dietary fiber”.
    (And this is happend to be a vegan recipe,too.)
    Just try this, you won’t regret 🙂

    <材料/Ingredients>

    For One Person

    80g spaghetti(1.6mm)
    100cc pasta juice
    →water:salt=1.5L:10g
    10~15cm burdock root
    clove of garlic
    1/2 red chili
    (pinch of green onion)
    2tbsp olive oil
    1tbsp soy souce
    2tsp sugar
    3tbsp sake

    スパゲティ(1.6mm) 80g
    茹で汁 100cc
    →水:塩=1.5L:10g
    ごぼう 10~15cm
    ニンニク 1片
    (小口ネギ) お好みで
    オリーブオイル  大さじ2杯
    醤油 大さじ1杯
    砂糖 小さじ2杯
    日本酒 大さじ2杯
