冷めてなお美味しい「とりの唐揚げ」の作り方

I was taught when I was young a long time ago. I make it for catering or some event or visit to our customer so I’ve got all the ingredients right in front of me. I usually make a simple cuisine, but this recipe use a lot of ingredients I’ll explain from now This is a recipe that I would definitely like you to make. the recipe in the summary column later Then here the ingredients 600g of chicken. seasonings are soy source, honey, sake, solt, grated ginger, and sesame. egg Salad oil. and rice. I’ll mix potato starch and flour so I’d like to make it right away . let’s cut the chicken Even if you don’t really get that nervous , if you have excess muscle or fat , you can remove it. dot’t cut it too small some people who don’t like the skin, but I love the skin . The oil temperature is 170 degrees. First , heat it to the center at a slightly lower temperature of about 170 degrees. With this , raise the temperature to about 170 degrees until it turns a little nice color. So, once you raise the temperature to the center with this, you’ll serve it once, so I’ll raise the temperature to 180 degrees again and fry the surface until it’s crispy . I think you can leave it for about 10 minutes . It already looks delicious, but I’ll let it sit for a little over 10 minutes. It’s been 10 minutes, so I’m going to raise the temperature to 180 degrees and fry it again . I’m going to raise the temperature and fry it again in order to make the surface crispy again. It’s been fried enough, it’s getting colored, right? Yes, I can go now Yes, looks so good to me. I love it, so I had a large serving here, my fried chicken The surface is more moist than crispy , but It’s really easy to eat, so the more you chew, the more delicious the meat becomes. I want rice with this. If I keep quiet, I’ll eat all of this, so please stop As I said earlier, the batter of this fried chicken is not crispy. Instead of that, it has a little bit of sesame and rice so it’s easy to eat. crispy one is also taste good though If you eat like this, you’ll get tired of eating, or you’ll cut the inside of your mouth a bit, but this doesn’t have that, so the seasonings have a bit of a taste . After all, you can really taste the deliciousness of the chicken, so it really goes well with rice or beer, so please try making it . I think it cooks well, so I should’ve cut bit bigger.
