    小さめに作りたい場合は、海苔を縦半分にカットします。横幅を狭くするだけなので、太さはそのまま・短めの海苔巻きになります。


    人参・ほうれん草・卵の味付けは、基本的に塩とごま油だけでもOK。
    しっかりめの味付けがよければ、砂糖や醤油を少量加えてください。

    Ingredients (for 2)

    ・2 sheets Nori (dried seaweed)
    ・300g rice (150g × 2)
    ・2 eggs
    ・2 tsps water
    ・1/2 carrot
    ・2-3 bundles of spinach
    ・Pickled radish,as needed
    ・salt ,as needed
    ・sesame oil ,as needed
    ・white sesame seeds,as needed

    ■ flavouring of vinegared rice
    ・2 tbsps vinegar
    ・1 tbsp sugar
    ・1/3 tsp salt

    *
    If you want to make it small, cut the Nori in half lengthwise. Because the width is only narrowed, the thickness will remain as it is and it will be a short.

    *
    Basically, you can season carrots, spinach, and eggs with just salt and sesame oil.

    Aadd a little sugar and soy sauce to taste.
