On the Menu: Chicory and Blue Cheese Salad

    here we have the chory and blue cheese salad red and white chory dressed with some cider dressing which we use willly cider vinegar for with pickled apples the apples are pickled inhouse we pickled them back in Autumn after the Harvest and freshly crumbled ksh blue cheese which comes from King cot Dairy which is very local to us

    WHAT’S FOR LUNCH THIS WEEK? Simple, seasonal, and straight from our patch… this Chicory and Blue Cheese Salad on our current mid-week lunch menu is packed with big winter flavours! Crisp chicory harvested from our Kitchen Garden meets the rich taste of blue cheese from one of our local suppliers to our patch in Kent @kingcottdairy, tied together with a tangy cider dressing from our friends at @willysacv – who we use across all PIGs! To top it all off, pickled apples from last autumn’s harvest at THE PIG-at Bridge Place bring it all together. Our current mid-week lunch menu is all about those simple and classically delicious dishes – so why not pull up a chair and tuck in from £28.50 for two courses.
