INGREDIENTS:
1. 400g of Kale
2. 1-2 Tbsp of @Ossaorganic Ghee
3. Half a lemon
4. Salt and pepper to taste
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius
2. Wash and dry Kale
2. Chop and remove stem
3. Massage the leaves with melted ghee a squeeze of lemon and sea salt & pepper
4. Put in oven for 10-15 means until desired crisp is achieved
