How to make Porcini and Mukago Takikomi Gohan ポルチーニとむかごの炊き込みご飯

    Vegan porcini rice steamed in a rice cooker with a very interesting Japanese twist. As with most of my recipes I’m adding a unique ingredient called “Mukago” potatoes which look like tiny potatoes the size of a small marble but are actually grown on a vine. In season in Autumn.
