    Hello, it’s Minmin. My morning routine on my days off is to look for videos to watch while eating. The one I chose was my favorite TXT^^ Since COVID ended, my sense of taste or smell has been weird so my favorite coffee tastes terrible🌀 Ugh, I’m still addicted to watermelon for breakfast. Actually, I’ve decided to go on a trip to Korea so I’m on a bit of diet control. For now, I’m only on a light diet, but I think I’ll start exercising seriously in a few days. I’m meeting a super beautiful friend in Korea so I’ll do my best too. First of all, I’ll eat dinner and then I’ll go to the hairdresser today. I’m worried about my hair. I entered the room in a good mood and started preparing dinner. Today I’m making a poke bowl 🐟 I’m always looking for something ^^; I keep looking but in the end it’s in the usual place, so I give up and start cooking. I’m only using half an avocado and I’m going to use a whole salmon, which is a luxury item. I’ll add 1 tablespoon each of sesame oil and soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and garlic (I forgot to add the wasabi). I’ll also make a simple soup. I’ll add the egg whites to 1 teaspoon of chicken bones and add hot water, then microwave at 600W for 1 minute. In the meantime, I’ll arrange the poke bowl. The sauce is delicious, so I’ll pour it over the rice. I’ll add the egg yolk I left over from making the soup, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and it’s done! The soup was seasoned with salt, pepper, and sesame oil (a little too much), so be careful not to burn yourself ⚠️ I have dark hair and it’s summer, so I asked them to use a generous amount. It has lots of layers, so even just lightly curling it is super cute. It’s always a perfect hit with my taste, so it’s just the best ^^ I’ve been going to the same hairdresser for a long time. I just got a call from my grandmother. She ‘s only just recently gotten her smartphone, so it seems like she’s still having trouble answering and making calls. She also seems to be unfamiliar with LINE, so she contacts me in broken Japanese, but that’s also soothing lol. I was feeling unwell with COVID-19 that day, so it seems like she called me out of concern 🤍. When I eat while talking to someone, I usually feel like I can relax. I feel like I’m getting fuller faster. I’m taking my usual lactic acid bacteria intake , but I’m almost done, so I’m planning to buy some in Korea. 🛍️ I’m not bored today either . When I get hooked on watermelon, it’s the only thing I eat (lol). I’m lazy, so I don’t have time to relax and eat while wearing makeup. I’m wearing a mask, so I’ll just use a tone-up primer . I have a feeling I’m going to get another breakout breakout from masks… I’ll buy some morning coffee and get through this gloomy Monday~ I worked overtime, so I’m going to have a quick meal today. I’m tired , so I’ll take a break. Looking at the camera, I get up and make some rice . I put a lot of shredded cabbage on top of the rice pack , garlic, canned tuna, 1/2 tablespoon each of gochujang, soy sauce, and sesame oil . I cracked an egg and it’s ready! Microwave at 600W for about 3 minutes, keeping an eye on it. Mix thoroughly afterward . Add cheese if desired, and mix until done! It looks a bit weird, but it tastes delicious. My lazy recipe. I tend to make this on work days, since I don’t have the energy to cook. I forgot the salt and pepper . Korean seaweed is a must! 😆 … ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ ​ Today I’m going to make “Yodare Chicken” (Chicken with Salad)! I’ll peel the skin and freeze it. I’ll poke holes in both sides of the chicken with a fork . I’ll add about 1 second of sake, 1 teaspoon sugar, and a light sprinkle of salt and pepper . Then I’ll microwave it at 600W for 3 minutes. I’ll finely chop the green onions. When it’s done, I’ll flip it over and microwave it again at 600W for another 3 minutes. I’ll add 1.5 tablespoons vinegar, 1.5 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 teaspoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon chicken stock , a pinch of salt, and 1 tablespoon sesame oil. I’ll mix it all together and the sauce is ready. I’ll also be making another dish with cucumber. I found some myoga ginger at the supermarket and could n’t help but pick it up. Just pouring soy sauce over the cucumber and myoga is incredibly delicious. The meat is also great . I ‘ll cut it up and make sure it ‘s cooked through, then top with plenty of sauce. Finished! I crave this myoga cucumber every summer. I know some people love myoga and others hate it, but I love it. I generally like foods with unique flavors, haha . As for the flavor of “Yodare Chicken”… it’s a huge hit for me. Why is it so delicious even though it’s chicken breast…? The expiration date for my natto is approaching, so I’m making natto rice. I like to add eggs , but I add soy sauce appropriately. The key is to make it fluffy and fluffy. And don’t forget the green onions. I like regular natto, but I love natto with eggs 100 times more. Looking at it like this, it seems like I’m eating a lot of green onions lol. I looked it up and apparently green onions help relieve fatigue and prevent colds.
