白ごま･････大さじ1ぐらい

Ingredients: 4 servings

Menma … 1 bag
White sesame … about 1 tablespoon

ごま油・・・・・・・大さじ2
塩とこしょう・・・・少々
醤油・・・・・・・・大さじ1
砂糖・・・・・・・・大さじ１
みりん・・・・・・・・大さじ１
ラー油・・・・・・・大さじ１
辛子・・・・・・・・小さじ1

Sesame oil … 2 tablespoons
Salt and pepper … a little
Soy sauce … 1 tablespoon
Sugar … 1 tablespoon
Mirin … 1 tablespoon
Chili oil … 1 tablespoon
Hot pepper … 1 tsp

メンマをフライパンに入れて炒める
メンマをいため砂糖を入れ炒める白ごまも入れる
塩とこしょう醤油みりんいれ炒める
辛子トラー油いれ炒めたら完成
辛子トラー油はお好みで量調整してね
おつまみに最高です。
