Please subscribe to my channel Today I would like to make taco rice. I would like to make this dish with very simple ingredients and seasonings. I will also introduce some secret ingredients. The recipe is very easy because you just fry the minced meat already and then you just add the toppings. This is a very simple and easy way to make minced meat. Please have a look at it. Easy recipes at home First of all, here are the ingredients for the ground meat part of taco rice. Here are the ingredients. Ground pork and beef, onions, garlic, ketchup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, miso, curry powder, olive oil, here are the ingredients. First of all, for the garlic, we will use fresh garlic. Can use tube type garlic instead. And here’s another point for seasoning. The key to seasoning is miso. Adding a little miso gives it a rich flavor and makes it very tasty. As for the curry powder, you can add it to your liking. If you do not have curry powder, you can omit it. But if you add curry powder, it will be more flavorful and tasty, so please add it. Next, other ingredients are introduced. Here are the ingredients Lettuce, avocado, tomatoes, tortilla chips, rice, and here are the ingredients. These are the main toppings, so you can do it to your liking. I think it would also be delicious with cheese, etc. on top. I will make it with these ingredients as soon as possible. Easy recipes at home Now let’s start making them. First I want to prepare the toppings. First, tomatoes. This one will cut off the heft. Then first cut it in half and cut it in half again. This will keep it from discoloring. Now let’s continue with lettuce. Let’s tear this one up properly by hand. This one should be rinsed and drained. I think it would be better if you tear it into pieces about the size that is easy to eat. I used regular lettuce this time, but you can use sunny lettuce or something like that. Prepare the lettuce like this. Then tortilla chips. This one should be crushed by hand as appropriate. I don’t think it needs to be too fine. It is about crushed roughly. Crush it like this to make it easier to eat. Now continue to cut the ground onions. Let’s chop this one. Chop it up in a way that is easy to do. Now let’s cut it up. Chop the onions like this. Now continue to mince the garlic. First cut it in half, then remove the garlic sprouts. This one is easy to burn and can also cause gouging, so be sure to remove it. Then I will mince this garlic as well. The garlic is now ready. Now I will continue to combine the seasonings. First we have ketchup, then soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and then miso. For the miso, I used a combination miso with dashi this time. I think it would be better to use the most basic combined miso here. Then, next, here is the curry powder. Now let’s mix well. Keep mixing well so that miso paste does not become lumpy. If it is mixed well like this, it is OK. Easy recipes at home Now I will fry the ground meat. First, olive oil in a frying pan. And here is the garlic. Now let’s fire it up. Heat is medium. Continue to heat once until the garlic aroma is released. If the aroma comes out slowly like this, it is OK. Then first of all, put the ground meat in. And then spread it all over and mix in the garlic a little bit like this. Mix once and then spread throughout the pan. Brown the meat a little. This will give it a savory flavor and the meat will be very tasty. Try pressing it down and grilling it like this. Bake like this until it starts to brown a little. Turn over when slightly browned. Just enough to lightly stick. And when you flip it over, add the onions here. And let’s fry them together. The meat will break up little by little while mixing like this, so you don’t have to force it to break up like this. The heat can be kept on medium. Now fry the meat and onions until cooked. OK. Now the total is roughly 2.5 minutes of frying. Then pour the seasonings that you have combined here. And then fry. Mix well and fry. Roughly one to two minutes. Stir fry it firmly. This will increase the flavor and give it a delicious finish. If it blends well like this, it is OK. It looks delicious like this. Now let’s serve it up. First, put the rice on the plate. Put the lettuce in this open area first. Then put ground beef here in this front part. This time it will be for 2 people. Put on plenty like this. And then you continue with the avocado here.
