【大食い】ジブリ飯 再現デカ盛り！ニシンのパイを作って食べる！独り占め完食！【ロシアン佐藤】

Hangry Monster! Hello, I’m Russian Sato. Again, I’m going to make an anime inspired dish today. You might hear a noise this is because I’m currently baking it in the oven. Speaking of anime dishes, I have to make Ghibli dishes. There are so many Ghibli dishes that look so delicious. I’ve wanted to eat a specific Ghibli dish since I was an elementary school student. I didn’t understand why people don’t want to eat that dish. The dish is herring pie!! That’s why I’m baking the pie with herring and pumpkin in the oven right now. I’m excited to see how it’s going to turn out.
Please watch~~ Make the herring pie from Kiki’s Delivery Service Caramelized onion Olive oil Chopped onions Salt Mashed pumpkins Cut pumpkins Steam them in the pressure cooker Melted butter Milk Salt Pepper Mash them together Caramelized onion Herring Olive oil Herring fillets Harb salt Harb salt Pie with herring and pumpkin Olive oil Mashed pumpkin Herring Mashed pumpkin Cheese Pie sheet Make a stripe pattern Fish shaped pie sheet Scales Eye Dorsal and pectoral fins Mouth Olives Beaten egg Russian pie Beaten egg Bake them in the oven for 90 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius (356 degrees Fahrenheit) Done! They are finally done~! They look really nice! I recreated the pie with herring and pumpkin from Kiki’s Delivery Service~ It turned out well~ I focused on creating fish’s details. It’s cute. And, this one is Russian (Russian Sato) pie. The inside is the same filling but I made mushroom hair. They look like this~ Doesn’t this fish look really nice? I think I made it really well.. What do you guys think? I think they are recreated quite well. And, I think this guy turned out really cutely. I didn’t brush the beaten egg only on the face, so it looks pale. I wish the hair part was baked a bit more. But I think it’s alright. Okay! I’m going to eat them now~ Itadakima~su! I’m starving.. I started making them around 6 pm, and it is 11 pm now… I’m so so hungry!! I’m going to try the fish shaped one first. Looks so nice! Itadakima~su This is really good. This is delish! I can’t believe the girl in the movie doesn’t like this.. I just remembered the phrase the girl said, “I don’t like this pie.” From Kiki’s Delivery Service This is really really good. I used less herring than pumpkin, so I wasn’t sure how it’s going to be but the herring flavor is nice and strong. The mashed pumpkin made with milk, butter, and onion is so moist. It’s really good, because it has a nice sweetness and saltiness. It’s really nice. The cheese is rich. The herring melts in my mouth since it is really soft. They were falling apart when I cooked them in the pan. It goes really well with the olives Melty cheese This is a big piece of the herring. It really melts! So fluffy and soft. A light aroma of the herb salt is so nice too. I made the fish shape using the kitchen scissors. It’s easy to cut if a pie sheets is partially thawed. It went well when I cut the pie sheet as if I was cutting a paper. But it all depends on how much a pie sheet is thawed so when you touch it, and if the texture and thickness of a pie sheet is similar to cardboard, it’s easy to cut Finally, I ‘m going to eat the fish! The pie crust is thick around here. It’s thick because there are many layers of the pie sheets. The last bite of Kiki’s Delivery Service’s pie~ It was good~ This one is empty but I still have the Russian pie. Where should I start eating? It’s still hot. The flavor is different as I expected. Actually, I only showed you the cooking scene of me cooking the herring fillets for the other pie. I couldn’t find raw herring at all.. And I finally found 2 herring that I cooked in the pan for this pie You guys might remember the herring fillets were falling apart because I filleted them. They were in this pie. I used dried herring called Migaki herring in this pie. The flavor and umami of Migaki herring are stronger. The fish is firm. I think this one has a stronger umami of herring. This herring is easy to handle because I don’t have to clean them It was so hard to fillet the raw herring… Okay! I’m going to change the flavor! The first flavor enhancer is making freckles~ Maybe a little too grainy. The pie looks like covered with sand, but these are pepper I added pepper in the filling too but added lightly. The pie becomes nice and a bit spicy by sprinkling pepper on the top. It goes well with the pie. The next flavor enhancer is cinnamon! I really like to add cinnamon to pumpkin. I’m going to sprinkle it. Smells good! It brings out the sweetness of the pumpkin. This is the last piece of my face. It was so good~ Gochisousamadeshita~ I finished Kiki’s Delivery Service’s pie with herring! Well~ it was so good. I used butter and milk to make mashed pumpkin so it was really rich. I added onion so the texture and aroma were really nice. The main ingredients are herring, pumpkin, onions, milk, and butter. So the pies were so delish! It might take quite a long time to make the decorations on top but using pie sheets makes it easy to make this pie. So please make this pie! I simply used salt and pepper to season but it was really good. It was still really good even with the dried herring. But you might want to remove bones.
I ate some of them at the end. It stabbed inside of my mouth. I love Ghibli movies so I want to recreate dishes from them. Okay, then! Hangry Monster! Thank you for watching till the end as always!
