And so, I start deep frying for the first time. Leave it for a while after adding it, because if you mess with it, the fried chicken batter will start to abandon its function. For the first deep fry, put it in for 2 minutes, turn it over for 2 minutes, and roll it around. I’ll be deep frying it a second time later, so I’m careful not to over fry it. But I’m afraid that it won’t be cooked all the way through, so I worked while asking the meat for permission. How is it, meat? But it’s hot… At this point, all I can think about is to have a drink quickly. Well, this is the end of the first deep fry. I cleaned the oil a bit, raised the temperature, and started the second deep fry.
