8月8日は「立秋」ということで、暦の上ではもう秋ですが、
まだまだ暑い日に爽やかな味わいの赤紫蘇ジュースは夏バテ防止とダイエット効果！
今回、合わせて紹介するレシピは赤しそジュースの搾りかす。

●本日のレシピ
【赤しそジュース】
・赤しそ ― 50枚
・水 ― 1ℓ
・砂糖 ― 60～80ｇ
※今回はグラニュー糖を使用しています。さっぱりした甘さになるよ♪
・リンゴ酢 ―150㎖
※クエン酸でもOK！小さじ1赤しそ 400ｇ
【自家製ゆかり】
・赤しそ ― 50枚
※今回はジュースで残った赤しそを使用。
・塩 ― 小さじ2

・ Sugar-60-80g

・ Apple cider vinegar-150㎖
* Citric acid is also OK! 1 teaspoon red perilla 400g
※Homemade shiso seasoning
・ Red perilla-50 sheets
* This time, we used the red perilla left over from the juice.
・ Salt-2 tsp
