    Pumpkin lasagne

    For the pasta dough:

    400g wheat flour
    4 eggs
    a pinch of salt
    a dash of olive oil

    For the ragout:

    400g minced meat
    400g pumpkin
    1 onion
    2 galic cloves
    400g tomato pieces
    1 tbsp olive oil
    150 ml water
    Salt,pepper,paprika powder,oregano,rosemary,vegeta

    For the Bechamél sause

    65g butter
    65g flour
    450 ml milk
    1 tsp mustard
    2 egg yolk
    1/2 tsp nutmeg

    For the topping:0

    grated parmesan
    4 tsp Creme fraich
    200 ml cream
    .
    .
    .

    Place flour on the work surface and make a well in the middle.
    Ad eggs,salt and oil to the well and knead everything until it is a smooth dough.
    Let rest in foil at room temperature for 30 minutes.
    After the time , knead the dough again and process it with the pasta Mashine.

    Heat olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped onions and galic.
    Add the minced meat and season with salt,pepper,paprika powder ,rosemary,oregano and vegeta
    The pumpkin is grated with a grater and mixed into the ragout and fried
    Mix the water and the chopped tomatoes into the ragout

    For the bachamel sause, melt the butter in a pot
    Add the flour while stirring and add the milk
    Stir in mustard, nutmeg and egg yolk
