crap kamaboko and avocado appetizer crap kamaboko or surimi kanakamma as it is also known as kamaboko that is made to look and taste like crap mate now I’m gonna show you how to use crap kamaboko to make an appetizer that goes well with white wine and beer first we peel and mash the avocado [Music] japanese crab kamaboko has almost the same texture and feel as real crabmeat and melts in your mouth just like the real thing [Music] after cutting the crap kamaboko into half separate them into thin stripes mix them with the avocado add some salt and pepper to taste as avocado turns brown once it’s cut we should add the seasoning immediately serve in a bowl and top with thinly sliced lemon and dill it is also delicious when served as a canopy or thin slice of baguette
