🎃 Recipe 🎃
実際に映像で作った分量は
1人の人間が『中身のシチューだけ』4、5回くらい食べられる分量だよ🎃

かぼちゃ 1個
鶏もも肉　1枚 (300g弱)　お好みで増減してね
玉ねぎ、人参、じゃがいも　合わせて500gくらい　お好みで増減してね
牛乳　600ml
コンソメ（顆粒）　小さじ1
薄力粉 大さじ3
塩、胡椒　少々
バター　大さじ1.5くらい

The actual amount made in the video is Enough for 1 person to eat about 4 or 5 portions of “just the stew inside” 🎃

1 pumpkin
1 chicken thigh (about 300g), more or less to taste
1 bag of Onions, carrots, and potatoes (about 500 g) more or less to taste
600 ml milk
1 teaspoon consommé (granulated)
3 tablespoons flour
Salt and pepper
1.5 tablespoons butter
