さつまいもパウンドケーキの作り方＆ラッピング
ホットケーキミックスなしで作るパウンドケーキのレシピです。
さつまいもをゴロゴロっと入れて、黒ごまの食感もプラスしました。
動画では米粉を使っていますが、薄力粉でも作れます。

▷材料：
さつまいも １５０ｇ〜
無塩バター １００ｇ
きび砂糖 ８０ｇ
全卵 ２個
米粉 ９０ｇ
アーモンドプードル ２０ｇ
ベーキングパウダー ４ｇ
黒ごま ２０ｇ
▷作り方：
１．さつまいもは洗って角切りにカットし、水に５分さらす。
２．水を切ってラップをかけて６００Wで２〜３分加熱する。
３．無塩バター、砂糖をよく混ぜる。卵を溶いて３回に分けて加えて混ぜる。
４．米粉、アーモンドプードル、ベーキングパウダー、黒ごまを加えて混ぜる。さつまいもも加える。
５．クッキングシートを敷いた型に生地を入れ、170℃に予熱したオーブンで40〜45分焼く。
６．型から外し、ラップに包んで冷ます。

This looks amazing. I’m going to try adapting it for the air fryer.
Update: it turned out great. I had to add a little extra flour, but it turned out well cooked, moist and delicious. Definitely a keeper.

This looks lovely. Sweet potatoes are not all that common around here, but I signed up to a vegetable delivery box and sometimes I get one in that. I have been giving them away because I didn’t know what to do with them, but now I know! I am definitely going to try this. Thank you.

Ms Hida, May I request that you consider adding the time duration for some of the step as a reference for users. At least that will give me an idea of the steps. And even better to explain why certain step is needed. E.g. wrapping the cake in plastic wrap. So users can also understand the theory of your teaching. 😊
