    下茹で時間

    人参、ゴボウ3分→水で冷やす
    筍、1分→水で冷やす
    こんにゃく5分→冷やさない
    れんこん5分→酢水で冷やす
    里芋3分→酢水で冷やす
    さやえんどう→茹でない
    椎茸→水戻し30分

    Boil time

    Carrot, burdock 3 minutes → Cool with water

    Sayaendo → Not boiled
    Shiitake mushroom → 30 minutes to rehydrate
