    How to make miso soup with enoki and seaweed
    (えのきとわかめのお味噌汁のレシピ・作り方)

    【Recipe】

    ★Ingredients(材料)

    Water(水)
    Dashi(だし)
    Enoki(えのき)
    Seaweed(わかめ)
    Miso(味噌)

    ★Cooking method(作り方)

    1:Enoki cuts off the base and cuts the length in half.
    (えのきは根元の部分を切り落とし、長さを半分に切る。)

    2:Put water and dashi into the pan and set it on fire.
    (鍋に水、だしを入れ火にかける。)

    3:Add enoki and seaweed.
    (えのき、わかめを入れる。)

    4:Reduce the heat to a low heat and remove the miso.
    (火を弱火にして、味噌をとく。)

    5:Served in bowl and completed.
    (お椀に盛り、完成。)
